This skill auto-analyzes intent: simple "deploy gpt-4o" routes to preset, requests with "custom"/"configure" route to customize, queries with "find"/"where"/"capacity" route to capacity. Provides unified deployment experience.
When users specify both capacity and deployment intent (e.g., "deploy gpt-4o with 10K capacity to best region"), the skill auto-chains: runs capacity discovery first, presents results, asks whether to quick-deploy or customize, then routes to preset or customize.
