When a spreadsheet (.xlsx, .xlsm, .csv, .tsv) is the primary input or output, or messy tabular data needs cleaning into a proper sheet.

Working Mechanism

Use openpyxl for formula/formatting edits, pandas for bulk data, markitdown for quick preview.
Write formulas (not hardcoded), recalc via scripts/recalc.py with LibreOffice to cache values.
Follow font, color, and structure rules; avoid unsupported functions like XLOOKUP.
