Trigger Timing

When an editable PPTX deck has been generated or repaired and needs validation before delivery, or when geometry, accessibility, native editability, source lineage, or OOXML package integrity must be checked.

Working Mechanism

Confirm spec, builder, PPTX, source manifest, and audit paths
Apply audit-checklist to coordinate contract pre-build
Reopen PPTX, compare slide count, bounds, hidden slides, geometry with layout tree
Run validate_package.py for production decks, save JSON report
Check language, titles, alt text, reading order, table headers, sources
Repair spec/builder, rebuild, rerun checks

Output

A validated PPTX with zero geometry/accessibility/package errors, native editable content, and a kept audit trail of spec, reports, and exceptions.

Scenario 01

Pre-delivery audit of investor deck

A designer generates a 30-slide investor deck via an AI builder. Before sending to the client, they invoke this skill to confirm slide geometry, check alt text and reading order for accessibility, and validate the OOXML package. The skill catches text overflow on 3 slides and missing source refs, repairs the spec, and delivers a clean, editable deck that passes all quality gates.

Scenario 02

CI validation of automated report decks

An engineer automates monthly report decks. Using this skill in CI, each generated PPTX is checked for hidden slides, invalid geometry, and package integrity via validate_package.py. Failed decks are repaired and rebuilt automatically. This prevents broken exports from reaching stakeholders and keeps source lineage auditable.
