Mechanism
Breaks down how the skill works and what it produces, so you can quickly judge whether it fits your scenario and value.
prepare-plan.json with architecture and cost estimates) → scaffold (generates Bicep IaC + adversarial self-review → outputs scaffold-manifest.json) → deploy (executes IaC + health checks → outputs deploy-result.json).Use Cases
Entrepreneurs or developers have an app idea and need end-to-end guidance from idea to Azure deployment. The skill first assesses readiness (code quality, dependency compatibility), then plans architecture (auto-detects Azure services and estimates costs), generates infrastructure code (Bicep/Terraform), and finally executes deployment and health verification. App-centric, not template-based.
Teams with existing apps need to migrate to Azure with minimal code changes. The skill analyzes existing code structure, identifies frameworks and dependencies, recommends optimal Azure service combinations (no complete rewrite needed). Generates migration plan and IaC, provides cost estimates, and executes deployment after user approval.
Skill Relationships
Dependency relationships read as "the upper tier points to the lower tier." The current Skill sits in the middle tier — above are Skills that depend on it, below are Skills it depends on.
