Mechanism
Breaks down how the skill works and what it produces, so you can quickly judge whether it fits your scenario and value.
Use Cases
After completing a feature branch and before submitting a PR, a developer runs `/code-review` with a fixed point (e.g., main). The skill automatically finds the diff, locates the corresponding issue/spec, and launches parallel Standards and Spec reviews. The report keeps both axes separate, ensuring committed code both follows conventions and implements the correct feature.
When a team member submits a PR, the reviewer invokes `/code-review` to review it. The skill automatically finds issue references from commit messages, fetches the spec, and checks the diff against 12 Fowler code smells (Mysterious Name, Duplicated Code, Feature Envy, etc.). Parallel sub-agents ensure standards and spec reviews don't interfere, giving the reviewer two independent sets of findings.
