Trigger

When the user has a music track (file, video to extract from, or mood-generated) and wants a beat-synced video (lyric video, slideshow, kinetic promo) with no narration or site capture.

Mechanism

  • Run npx hyperframes skills update music-to-video to refresh.
  • Step 0 setup project + BGM; Step 1 run analyze-beatgrid.py for audiomap.json; Step 2 cut frames into skeleton; Step 3 pick brand + fill plan (user gate); Step 4 dispatch frame-worker sub-agents per frame; Step 5 assemble; Step 6 render.
  • Uses /media-use for music gen, /hyperframes-core and /hyperframes-creative for contracts and presets.

Result

A complete HyperFrames beat-synced MP4 (renders/video.mp4) built from the track, needing zero assets or using user media cut on the beat grid.

Scenario 01

Musician builds a lyric video from a track

A musician releases a new single and wants a lyric video. They supply the track and lyrics text. Using music-to-video, the agent transcribes timing via /media-use, analyzes the beat grid, lays frames at musical changes, and builds kinetic typography synced to vocals. The user approves the plan and gets a rendered MP4 — a shareable lyric video with no extra footage.

Scenario 02

Marketer makes beat-synced promo from BGM

A marketer needs a kinetic promo for a product playlist. They give a high-energy BGM and a few product images. The agent generates the track if needed, analyzes beats, cuts frames on the grid, and inserts images on beat via montage rules. After plan approval and render, the marketer receives a beat-synced promo video for social posts.
