Trigger

When the ask is missing who, why, success, or constraints
When the request is conventional rather than specific ("build me X")
When user explicitly invokes "interview me" or "grill me"

Mechanism

Write down hypothesis with confidence number (0-100%)
Ask one question at a time, attach best guess
Build confidence incrementally until ~95%, can predict user responses
Not applicable when user explicitly prioritizes speed

Outcome

Clear requirements definition with user profile, goals, success criteria, and constraints

Scenario 01

Ambiguous Requirement Clarification

When a user says "build me a dashboard" without specifying who it's for, what metrics, or success criteria, the agent uses this skill to clarify step by step through one-question-at-a-time dialogue until it can predict user responses.

Scenario 02

Pre-Project Requirements Validation

Before project kickoff, the agent validates requirement completeness and consistency, exposing unstated assumptions, identifying conflicting goals (e.g., "simplicity vs flexibility"), ensuring stakeholder alignment on what, why, and how.
